TECHNOLOGY
M/s. Buss have supplied technology to almost 60% of world's HF/Aluminium Fluoride Plants. Their technology is proven for the last 34 years and they have been making constant improvements.
Buss is also one of the largest equipment manufacturers for Al.Industry (Carbon Anode extrusion plant), Chocolates, Food,Pharmaceutical industry.
Buss has supplied to the other competitor (Navin Fluorine) plant in 1962 (wet process) which was subsequently modified into Dry Process by M/s.CHENCO.

APPLICATION OF THE END PRODUCTS ALUMINIUM FLUORIDE
Aluminium Fluoride is used as a flux in Aluminium Smelter, to reduce the melting point of Alumina during the electrolytic process of manufacturing Aluminium Metal.
ANHYDROUS HYDROFLUORIC ACID
Anhydrous Hydrofluoric Acid is used in manufacture of:
- PTFE (Teflon)
- Refrigeration Gases
- As a catalyst in manufacture of Linear AlkalineBenzene. (LAB)
DILUTE HF OF DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION (40%, 50%,60%, 70%, etc.)
Dilute HF Acid of different concentration is used for annealing and pickling of Stainless Steel Strips. Etching in glass and frosting.
SULPHURIC ACID
Sulphuric Acid is used in manufacture of Detergents, Oleum chemicals and manufacture of fertilizers.
CRYOLITE
Cryolite is used as flux in Aluminium Smelters.
SPECIALITY FLUORIDES
Other Speciality fluorides like Ammonium Bifluoride, Potassium Fluoride, etc., finds application in Sugar Industries, Nuclear Power Plants, etc.
